I had a good work out this morning at work. I'm trying to work out every day at work as they give us an hour to exercise each day. It's hard though when I get little sleep the night before.
I am 49 years old and am in relatively good shape for my age. I am doing this because my wife really wants to do this and wants me as her partner. Besides I would like to lose some around the middle.
I surely understand about the sleep issue. I was glad to hear the doctor that spoke to us about sleep. I am a believer. Good luck!
