I do my daily work outs at work and with Lisa not going to the gym, I don't either. It's too lonely without her. We'll both be there for the 5K.

It's been a bit since I blogged, thought I better, even though there isn't much to say. Had some good work outs last week. I decided to take Saturday off and cheer my wife on. I worked out yesterday and today. Lisa is have heart problems again so it looks like we won't be working out tomorrow. Who know what Thursday will bring.

I went to meet with our trainer without Lisa today. She was having another bad day and had no strength to exercise. The work out was OK, but I missed my partner. Do to my military obligations I won't be doing aerobic tomorrow.

didn't workout again!
do to a bad night, i didn't have the motivation to workout at work. i had hope to meet with our trainer but she wasn't able too. hopefully tomorrow i won't be so busy that i can't workout.

Exercise Day
They threw out the gauntlet and I conqured it, this time. In otherwards, a good workout. I'm getting a little bit more enthused about the program now that the physical fitness is starting.

I had a good work out this morning at work. I'm trying to work out every day at work as they give us an hour to exercise each day. It's hard though when I get little sleep the night before.

Monday first blog
I have never blogged before and never had any intention of doing so. Here I am , my first blog. I just drew a blank. ummmmm, I worked out this morning, ran for 20 minutes and did sit ups and push ups since I didn't have to work today. I am paying a little more attention to the food I eat but since there is home made blueberry cheesecake in the house, and it can't go to waste, I will carefully have a small piece till it's gone. (maybe)
