I do my daily work outs at work and with Lisa not going to the gym, I don't either. It's too lonely without her. We'll both be there for the 5K.

Work outs haven't been the best. Saturday, Lisa got week pretty fast, os we left the arobic class fairly early. Today's seemed weak but can't do a whole lot in 45 or 50 minutes.

Not a good work out week. Do to circumstances beyond my control, i.e. work comes first, I missed Tuesday and Wednesday and today (Friday), depending on the weather, I'm suppose to go camping with the scouts.

Tuesday work out was ok. Yesterday my leg started aching some so I held back some, but not enough, so today I gave my legs a rest and just worked upper body.

It's been a bit since I blogged, thought I better, even though there isn't much to say. Had some good work outs last week. I decided to take Saturday off and cheer my wife on. I worked out yesterday and today. Lisa is have heart problems again so it looks like we won't be working out tomorrow. Who know what Thursday will bring.

I went to meet with our trainer without Lisa today. She was having another bad day and had no strength to exercise. The work out was OK, but I missed my partner. Do to my military obligations I won't be doing aerobic tomorrow.

I had a good work out this morning at work. I'm trying to work out every day at work as they give us an hour to exercise each day. It's hard though when I get little sleep the night before.

Monday first blog

I have never blogged before and never had any intention of doing so. Here I am , my first blog. I just drew a blank. ummmmm, I worked out this morning, ran for 20 minutes and did sit ups and push ups since I didn't have to work today. I am paying a little more attention to the food I eat but since there is home made blueberry cheesecake in the house, and it can't go to waste, I will carefully have a small piece till it's gone.
