So far I have been able to work out three days is week. It's looking better then last week.

Work outs haven't been the best. Saturday, Lisa got week pretty fast, os we left the arobic class fairly early. Today's seemed weak but can't do a whole lot in 45 or 50 minutes.

Not a good work out week. Do to circumstances beyond my control, i.e. work comes first, I missed Tuesday and Wednesday and today (Friday), depending on the weather, I'm suppose to go camping with the scouts.

Todays work out went ok. Took it easy because I'm still sore from Saturdays military P.T. test.

Work outs this week has been hit and miss. Didn't work out Wednesday and took it real easy today because I have my military P.T. test tomorrow.

My back and leg still bothering and my wife was hurting from her Thursday work out, so we didn't work yesterday, but will attempt to today.

Tuesday work out was ok. Yesterday my leg started aching some so I held back some, but not enough, so today I gave my legs a rest and just worked upper body.
